EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from alchemybyart.com. We are a small business committed to offering the best experience to every customer. Once an order is received, it is immediately forwarded to fulfillment. Therefore, we may not be able to make changes to your address or personal information provided during the order placement.

For international orders, we do not collect taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes that need to be paid in their respective countries. In the event that an order is returned or destroyed due to failure or refusal to pay customs duties, a refund will not be provided.

Art Prints – Rolled

Our art prints are printed, packaged and shipped to you by a professional fine art printing company. This includes unframed art prints which are packaged in a roll by the printing company and shipped to you. Rather than unpacking the art print from the roll, we strongly recommend that the art print is taken to a framing company in the original roll packaging, and allowing the framing company to carefully remove the print from the roll, for framing. This is to mitigate the possibility of the print being damaged, while removing it from the roll or repacking it into the roll.

Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of original art, we cannot accept refunds for original art. Also there are no refunds for downloaded digital files /products. In the unlikely event where the goods received are faulty or incorrect, you are welcome to request a return or exchange 30 days from receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the refund process should be initiated and the item placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item must be in the original packaging and in the original condition. You don’t need the original cardboard shipping box. The original email and order number must be provided as proof of purchase.

For change of mind within the 30 day period, you may be eligible for a credit or exchange. Please note that for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping price of the return.

If a product is damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law might not be applicable, and Sonali Johri / alchemybyart.com has the discretion to deny a refund, exchange, or repair (if applicable).

Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Please contact us at sonaliocean@gmail.com to confirm your eligibility and receive instructions based on your location. For faulty items please include photos of your items in your email. You can choose to receive your refund either as a store credit or back to the original payment method.
